One of Amp's new line of drinks, Elevate features a berry soda flavor. I like the berry because it isn't overdone yet. They didn't make it too sweet and it has a clean finish. In fact, it's perhaps the easiest of all Amp flavors to down, besides Traction. The can has "Focus" printed on it, attributed to the L-Theanine content. Per Wikipedia, theanine has been shown to reduce mental and physical stress, and improve cognition and mood when taken in combination with caffeine. (See the article for references.) I don't know how often I'm really in the mood for a berry sode, but it's a good addition to the line, and worth picking up for a caffeine boost.
